Return Process
We do our best to provide you with exactly what you ordered. For whatever reason, though, it doesn’t always work out. Here’s how to expedite your return:
- Login to your account to request a return authorization
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order and submit your request.
- We will make appropriate shipping and insurance arrangements.
- Print the shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Return Policy
Please make sure you read and understand our return policy:
- Items returned must be in new or like-new condition in their original packaging.
- Items marked down for final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
- Returns will be accepted if postmarked within 30 days of your receipt of the item.
- At our discretion we will:
o Refund the price you paid for the item OR
o Provide a replacement
Unless we sent you the wrong item or there is a manufacturer defect all returns will be subject to:
§ A 25% re-stock fee on opened merchandise
§ The cost of return shipping
- Before returning the item, you must fill out the Return Form online or contact us via the phone and we’ll fill one out with you.
Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization, which will provide a return number and a printable shipping label.
- Make sure the item is safely packaged.
